This category contains English titles of pages the Vicipaedia should have (for several reasons). If a Latin page has been created, please put interwiki links into the Latin page and into the corresponding English page on en:.
These pages usually will be subpages in the "Vicipaedia" namespace or in the "Usor" namespace. The category keeps them together.
When a page has been created, the discussion should be moved to the talk page of the new Latin page and the subpage with the Englsih title should be deleted.
This category can be even used by scripts, for example to compile a (nicer looking) list of missing pages.
