READ THIS.

WELCOME TO MY TALK PAGE. Here are some tips to help you communicate with me:

  • Please continue any conversation on the page where it was started.

Thus, if I have left a message on your talk page please DO NOT post a reply here. I will have your talk page on watch and will note when you have replied.

  • Add or respond to an existing conversation under the existing heading.

I am trying to add reference citations to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_resource_economics and after putting the References area on the bottom it still will not make the two references in the article show up. Could someone tell me how to fix that or just do it on the article and and tell me later. skip sievert (talk) 21:57, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

You needed to add a {{reflist}} at the bottom. :-) Stwalkerstertalk ] 22:00, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
Thanks much Stwalkerster... appreciate the prompt action and help. skip sievert (talk) 22:03, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
No problem - there's a first time for everything. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask, either with the {{helpme}} tag, on my talk page, or the helpdesk. Usually around this time many people watch the helpme tags, so response is usually quick if it's nothing too complicated. :-) Stwalkerstertalk ] 22:10, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Smith and the invisible hand

You should read this:

If you can't access it from a library, email me and I'll send you a copy. Blaug does a good job of showing how the "invisible hand" implications have been ex-post ascribed to Smith while his analysis of the market didn't merit it. I'm going to note this on the Smith talk page as a suggested source, but you wouldn't probably benefit from reading it. Protonk (talk) 03:57, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Thanks. Sounds interesting. It sounds like it fits with something I suspected... skip sievert (talk) 04:11, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hello

I know you've asked me not to leave messages on your user page, but it was suggested I should point you to this bit on my talk page. CRETOG8(t/c) 16:05, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

  • Skip, I was the one who asked him to contact you. Don't see his request for help as adversarial, because I don't feel that was the goal. I would say that you could comment there if it was going to de-escalate the issues between you guys, but the final decision on that is up to Cretog. I merely asked him to give you a heads up out of fairness to you. Thanks. Protonk (talk) 17:07, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
