I am trying to add reference citations to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_resource_economics and after putting the References area on the bottom it still will not make the two references in the article show up. Blaug does a good job of showing how the "invisible hand" implications have been ex-post ascribed to Smith while his analysis of the market didn't merit it.
